Frank Codey has been serving clients in the financial services industry for over 25 years. As a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns, he was a key architect of and directed the Fixed Income Prime Brokerage platform specializing in MBS, structured products, and global rates which serviced over 300 clients and became a standard in the industry. After the Bear Stearns-JP Morgan merger, Frank had responsibility for the combined businesses, merging the platforms and creating a five year strategic plan for growth. He also held the positions of Director of Operations, Funding, and Risk at Braver Stern, a broker-dealer specializing in fixed income products, as well as Chief Operating Officer for Equinox Fund Management (EFM), an innovator in liquid alternative investments and President of Equinox Group Distributors, a FINRA-regulated broker-dealer specializing in the marketing and distribution of commodity pools and mutual funds for EFM. Frank received his B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from The Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
